TICKETING TERMS & CONDITIONS

ALL TICKET SALES TO SCA EVENTS ARE FINAL. 

WOC Visitor & Exhibitor Registration: 

• Order Refunds: All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given.  Tickets may not be exchanged or transferred in any way.

• Ticketed Social Events: No refunds or credits will be given.

• Non-receipt of confirmation emails: If you have not received an order confirmation email, please email worldofcoffee@sca.coffee with your name and email address to get the email resent.

Volunteer Badge:

• SCA must receive written notice to volunteers@sca.coffee prior to June 21, 2024 if you are unable to fulfill your volunteer commitment.
