World of Coffee welcomes visitors from more than 80 countries to the annual exhibition each year. Below are resources we have compiled to help make your travel and show experience as convenient and successful as possible.

Apply for Your Visa Early

Advanced travel planning is important as visa applications are subject to a great degree of scrutiny. Applying for a visa can be a lengthy process, so we recommend that you start early. Begin the application process four to five months before World of Coffee. Note: Many embassies require proof of registration before granting a visa.

Letter of Invitation

Letters of Invitation are available for registered attendees of World of Coffee. To obtain a visa letter, you may do so after you register for the World of Coffee 2020. Your visa letter will be automatically generated through the system and you will be able to obtain a free electronic copy of the letter upon completing a short form.
